We're honored that you chose to host your special event at Freedom Fellowship Church of Mineral Wells. Our prayer is that during the time that you and your guests are at the church that you all feel the tangible presence of God, and encounter Him in the midst of all that y'all do. 

Below is our building usage agreement. We ask that you and your guest abide by these, so that we can best steward the House of the Lord. 
1.) In order to best steward your time and your event you will have access to the church 2 hours before your event start time (for set up), and 2 hours after your event end time (for clean up). 
2.) You are responsible for your own clean up of the event unless you'd rather pay an additional fee for cleaning. This includes, but is not limited to: wiping down the area that your event is, sweeping/vaccuming the floor, pulling all trash and placing it IN the dumpster, tidying up the bathroom, and setting the room back up how you found it.)
3.) We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for smoking, tobacco products, vaping, recreational drugs, or alcohol allowed in the building. 
4.) While we love furry friends in order to best steward the Lord's house we ask that you and your guest leave all pets or animals (including service animals) outside the building. 
5.) If anything is broken or damaged during your time here we ask that you let us know promptly by email (admin@freedomfellowshipmw.com) or phone (940-328-9100).
