Child Dedication

At Freedom Fellowship Church of Mineral Wells we have a value of stewardship. We believe that we are called to take care of all that God has given us by continuing to hold it with open hands and giving it back to Him...and this starts with our children!

Child Dedications is an opportunity for the families of Freedom Fellowship Church of Mineral Wells to dedicate (or re-dedicate) their child to the Lord and commit to parenting their children to know the Him.

We see parents bringing their kids to Jesus, and we see Jesus encouraging the children to come to Him in Matthew 19:13-15 NLT. So just like the parents in Matthew 19, Child Dedications, will be a time to bring your children (no matter the age) to Jesus for the first time OR to bring them back before the Lord to re-dedicate them again. This is a time between you and the Lord to commit (or re-commit) to raising your kids up to know Him, to remain in His presence, and to follow Him. While we know we never fully arrive, we want to take time to slow down to commit (and re-commit) to holding our kids with open hands before the Lord and doing our best to raise them to know Him daily.

Invite your friends, families, neighbors, and co-workers to come celebrate with you all that God is doing in your family!
